Man, in most of the occasions knows his limits, knows that they bring problems and conflicts to him, but prefers to invent a dream in which he refuses to see reality and he changes the order of things, and in a very simple and apparently easy way, closes his eyes and does not do anything to avoid his problems. This negation is surprising because it happens as much in the personal, as the emotional, professional and in the spiritual level. It is terrible to be self deceived but this is a pattern that we have learned because we have refused the right to live. We are watching outwards, as if life was shown in a television set and we were in a safe place. But this is not true, there is no such security, it is an escape and in order to cross the borders of this kind of life, that is not life, we must develop courage, determination and Love for Truth. But, will we be able to make it alone? Certainly, sooner or later the experience becomes personal. Since, we may walk in circles trying to follow new fantasies, sometimes, is necessary that somebody tell us the things as they truly are, emphasizing that they are only going to change if we decide to change because we want to live reality. Our lie, which we often take as excuse, is only a way of self deceit, and brings consequences where we hurt others. Nothing arises from a false attitude. The issue is not to be brutally radical but rather conscious of our actions. In order to summarize we would say: Let's make an analysis of our life and if we find that things are not as they should, Let's self inquire: Are we participating in this problem? Are we having a double or triple life, are we thinking that time will change things? Of course not, this will not happen. Let's be very conscious of Good and bad which we ourselves attract to our lives. It is very easy to lose control in a moment of passion, or whatever, but later what have we reached? Nothing ... emptiness, disappointment, one after the other. This, not only applies to problems of drugs, infidelity and others but to our self image. If we do not put forward the best of ourselves, every day, and we are not absolutely sincere, whom are we deceiving? The personal struggles are terribly more painful than any other struggle because we will never learn and we will never overcome our own lies unless we call them as they are, and then, we look for Truth. God, does not leave us, he does not deceive us. Now, there is much to reflect here, so much to learn. It is true, that we are not perfect but unless we look for the way to perfection, our ways are ways of death. How are we going to do the inner search? What look are we going to have? If we truly can answer, then we sincerely have reached a great dimension of spirituality. This is a call to awareness, for all, because the world will reflect what we have within ourselves. May this be a healthy reflection so we never live hopeless and in self-deception.
